These programs are ideal for practicing educators seeking applied learning and professional development opportunities within the areas of curriculum, assessment and evaluation, education technology, learning and development, and teacher leadership. Course experiences take place through asynchronous and synchronous virtual learning opportunities.

Courses & Curriculum Strengthen your practices with on-campus graduate or post-graduate professional study certificate courses
In these 15-credit programs, you'll choose five 3-credit courses to complete in accordance with your chosen topic:
- Curriculum design
- Assessment and evaluation
- Education technology
- Learning and development
- Teacher leadership
With multiple pathways to choose from, this program will help you develop a deeper understanding of responsive, responsible teaching methods. You'll learn to create strength-based, inclusive and collaborative classrooms while gaining insight into professional analysis, innovation and evolving strategies. Additionally, you'll reflect on your own growth, teaching practices and leadership development.
It's important to note that both certificate programs feature the same 5 areas of study. However, many of the courses within the post-graduate certificate program covers more advanced topics.

Dr. Audrey Rogers is the associate dean for graduate education programs and a professor of education at Southern New Hampshire University. She holds New Hampshire licensure as a social studies educator (grades 5-12) and digital learning specialist (K-12). She's past president and a current member of the NH IHE (Institutions of Higher Education) Network, a consortium of all NH educator preparation programs. Her recent research focused on competency-based education and assessment literacy in preservice educators.
